국제 표현 학습 학회(ICLR) 2026

ICLR 2026은 4월 23일~27일 브라질 리우데자네이루에서 오프라인으로 열리며, 애플은 올해도 후원사로 참여한다. 전시 기간에는 부스 #204를 운영하고, **목요일부터 토요일까지 9:30 AM~5:30 PM(BRT)**에 관람할 수 있다.

발표 일정은 poster를 중심으로 촘촘하게 배치됐다. 첫날에는 Pretraining with Hierarchical Memories, The Potential of CoT for Reasoning, Revisiting the Scaling Properties of Downstream Metrics in Large Language Model Training, Synthetic Bootstrapped Pretraining 등이 소개되고, 오후 세션에는 SelfReflect, Flow Matching with Semidiscrete Couplings, GenCtrl, Scaling Synthetic Task Generation for Agents via Exploration, Mobile multimodal/vision/robotics/LLM 관련 연구가 이어진다.

둘째 날인 4월 24일에는 ParaRNN: Unlocking Parallel Training of Nonlinear RNNs for Large Language Models, Compute-Optimal Quantization-Aware Training, Sharp Monocular View Synthesis in Less Than a Second, Semantic Regexes, VLSU, AbstRaL, RL for Reasoning by Adaptively Revealing Rationales, LaDiR 등 효율적인 학습, reasoning, 비전, 안전성 관련 주제가 눈에 띈다. 오후에는 Reusing Pre-Training Data at Test Time is a Compute Multiplier, EgoDex, Closing the Gap Between Text and Speech Understanding in LLMs, Adaptive Thinking, BED-LLM 같은 발표가 이어진다.

4월 25일에는 Adapting Self-Supervised Representations as a Latent Space for Efficient Generation, MobileCLIP2, Trained on Tokens, Calibrated on Concepts, Learning to Reason as Action Abstractions with Scalable Mid-Training RL, DiffuCoder가 포함된다. 같은 날 Oral Session 5C에서 To Infinity and Beyond: Tool-Use Unlocks Length Generalization in State Space Models가 발표되고, Apple Expo Talk으로 ParaRNN이 다시 한 번 소개된다.

주말 워크숍에서는 Time Series in the Age of Large Models, Navigating and Addressing Data Problems for Foundation Models, Test-Time Updates, Interpretability, Robustness, and Safety across Modalities 등 데이터, 안전성, 적응형 업데이트를 다루는 주제가 이어진다. 전체적으로 이번 참여는 LLM, reasoning, multimodal, efficiency, safety를 축으로 한 애플의 최신 연구 포트폴리오를 집약해 보여준다.
