Cursor Builds a Growth Iteration Loop with Vercel Microfrontends and Flags

Cursor unified four web services—the marketing site, dashboard, docs, and help center—under a single domain, cursor.com. To achieve this, it adopted Vercel Microfrontends, bringing together services managed in different repos into a single, uninterrupted user experience.

The integration proceeded gradually through the following 3 stages:

• Marketing site launched first (supporting about 20 core routes)
• Docs migration (docs.cursor.com $ightarrow$ cursor.com/docs)
• Help Center integration

It now manages redirects for over 100 routes.

Beyond simple integration, Cursor built an experimentation loop for data-driven decision-making. It manages experiments through Statsig, and combines Vercel Edge Config with Flags to implement fast A/B testing without layout shift or flicker.

Through this strategy, Cursor achieved a 5% increase in PLG (Product-Led Growth) sign-up rate, and expanded localization support from 4 languages to 11.
