Terms of Service

These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and members, and other necessary matters, when members use the Service.

• Service: the AI news curation and all related features provided by the operator
• Member: a person who agrees to these terms, signs up, and is granted access to the Service
• Visitor: a person who uses the public content of the Service without signing up
• Content: all information in any form, including articles the Service collects, summarizes, and classifies from external sources, notices and guides written by the operator, and suggestions and reactions posted by members

These terms take effect when posted on the Service. The operator may revise these terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce any revision through the Service notices at least 7 days before it takes effect (at least 30 days for changes that are unfavorable or material to members).

If a member keeps using the Service after the revised terms take effect, the member is deemed to agree to them. Members who do not agree may stop using the Service by deleting their account.

• Collecting and curating articles from AI-related external sources (blogs, communities, releases, and more)
• AI-based summarization, translation, tagging, deduplication, and other processing
• Personalization features such as bookmarks, likes and dislikes, and favorites
• Discovery features such as search, tags, and weekly roundups
• Notices and editor's picks

The operator may change, add, or stop part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will announce material changes in advance.

Membership is formed when a user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy, applies by entering an email, password, and nickname or by using a social account (Google, GitHub), and the operator accepts the application. Children under 14 cannot sign up, and the operator may restrict use when a user is found to be under 14.

The operator may refuse an application or cancel a membership afterwards in the following cases.

• The applicant used someone else's information or entered false information
• The applicant previously lost membership
• The application was made for a purpose that violates the law or these terms

Members may delete their account at any time from the settings in the Service or by contacting the operator.

Members must not do the following.

• Using another person's account or email, or using a password without permission
• Disrupting the Service or threatening its stability, including excessive automated requests
• Infringing the intellectual property, reputation, or rights of the operator or third parties
• Posting information that violates the law, public order, or good morals
• Using the Service's content commercially without the operator's consent

Copyright in articles, images, summaries, and other material from external sources belongs to the original authors or source sites. The Service aims to help users reach information by crediting sources and linking to the originals.

Copyright in notices, guides, and editor's comments written by the operator belongs to the operator, and non-commercial quotations must credit the source.

Copyright in suggestions and comments that members post belongs to those members, and the operator may use them to operate and promote the Service.

When a copyright holder asks to take down or correct their content, the operator verifies the facts and takes reasonable action without delay.

If a member violates these terms or applicable law, the operator may delete posts, restrict use, or suspend or terminate membership without prior notice. For violations that are not serious, the operator may give the member a chance to correct them.

The operator may temporarily suspend the Service because of maintenance, outages, problems with external services (hosting, authentication, database), natural disasters, and similar events, and will announce it in advance where possible. Suspensions for unforeseeable reasons may be announced afterwards.

The Service may provide voluntary support links to external sponsorship platforms to help cover running costs. Support is optional and is not a condition for content access, feature priority, advertising, or purchases.

Payments, receipts, cancellations, refunds, and disputes follow the terms and procedures of the external platform where the payment was made, such as GitHub Sponsors. The Service does not collect or store payment information such as card or bank account numbers.

In the case of duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized payments or platform errors, members or supporters may contact the operator or the external platform's support channel. Whether a refund is possible and how long it takes depend on the platform's policy, the payment method, and the settlement status.

• External articles, summaries, translations, and tags provided by the Service are the results of automated processing, and their accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Users are responsible for checking the facts against the original.
• The operator is not responsible for the lawfulness or accuracy of content from external sources, and disputes caused by such content are to be resolved between the original author and the user.
• The operator is not responsible for damages that occur without the operator's fault, such as natural disasters, force majeure, or outages of external services.
• The operator is not responsible for damages caused by leaks of account information or passwords due to a member's carelessness.
• The Service is provided free of charge, and the operator bears no liability for commercial damages, except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence.

The operator and members will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes arising from use of the Service. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

Matters not stated in these terms follow applicable law and general commercial practice.
