Alex Holt Appointed as ElevenLabs Field CTO

ElevenLabs has appointed Alex Holt as its new Field CTO, who will lead the process of successfully bringing AI technology into real operational environments. Alex Holt, an early member of ElevenLabs, has played a key role in product development, scaling engineering functions, and shaping the company culture.

His role is focused on transforming AI models into reliable, safe, and scalable products, helping customers achieve real business impact.

Alex Holt previously worked at Palantir, where he supported the UK's NHS in building medical operations and vaccine distribution systems during the COVID-19 crisis. This engineering experience in such complex environments has become the foundation for his practice-oriented approach to designing AI solutions.

At ElevenLabs, he has led the following major projects:

• Deutsche Telekom: Supported the deployment of agents capable of providing real-time interpretation and assistance during phone calls
• Government of Ukraine: Supported voice agents that can keep government phone lines operational even during air raid alerts
