Four crew members who joined after completing the 2021 internship shared preparation tips and actual internship experiences for applicants. Preparation tips included creating a list of anticipated questions based on the application and practicing answers, as well as verifying job fit through project experience when having multiple areas of interest. Regarding the internship experience, the session emphasized the high autonomy of tasks, problem-solving through communication with team members and mentors, and the importance of a feedback-receptive attitude while striving for the 'optimal' solution. It also noted that the evaluation consists of a mid-term review, a final review, and a conversion interview, highlighting that communication and attitude are important evaluation factors alongside technical skills.
