Replit's mission is to cultivate billions of software creators around the world. The goal is to create an environment where anyone, regardless of background, can independently generate wealth through the internet.

To this end, it emphasizes radical thinking (Think radical) that is not bound by convention. Even when others say something is impossible, it continues making contrarian technical bets, and it boldly revises rules that were once taken for granted in order to improve the user experience.

It also values intense work (Work with intensity). Every project must have a strong single owner, and it aims to solve problems and ship results quickly based on extreme responsibility and execution.

Finally, it encourages facing pain (Seek pain). Rather than avoiding negative user feedback or metrics that fall short of expectations, it quickly acknowledges harsh realities in order to prevent bigger failures in the future and drive continuous growth.
