Ethical Hacking on Replit

Replit embraces the 'hacking' spirit rooted in curiosity to explore how systems work internally, but strictly prohibits malicious activity (Black Hat Hacking) that harms others' experiences.

In particular, the following actions are considered violations of the Terms of Service:

• Nuke and Raid bots: bots intended to disrupt or attack third-party services
• Sniper and Grabber: scripts that steal account tokens or credentials (e.g., Nitro/Robux scam tools)
• Mass DM and spam bots: tools designed to spread spam on other platforms
• Phishing: creating fake login pages to steal user information
• DDoS attacks: attacking third-party services by sending excessive requests
• Exploits: attempting unauthorized access or scanning for vulnerabilities

On the other hand, the following activities for learning and research purposes are allowed:

• Script-based interaction with third-party services: automation and notification bots that do not overload the site
• General-purpose security tools: tools for learning cryptography, such as password cracking (Brute force, Dictionary attack)
• Private Repls for approved penetration testing: environments that test only approved targets for learning network security
