Cover Page Design Update

Replit has rolled out a major design update to the cover page to increase project immersion and improve the user experience. Now Repl content takes center stage on the screen, while the rest of the information has been moved to the sidebar, providing a cleaner and more focused environment.

The key improvements are as follows:

• Expanded Repl content space: Moving away from the previous limited box format, the Repl now takes up more of the screen and is displayed at full height, providing a more immersive project experience.
• Improved social experience: Social features such as posting comments and sending tips have been moved to the sidebar. This allows users to interact with or support creators without interrupting their flow while exploring projects.

Actual experiment results showed that pages with the new design saw a 125% increase in the likelihood of users leaving a tip.
