Replit Wins 2026 Google Cloud AI Tooling Partner Award

Over 50 million users worldwide are building apps on Replit. Not just developers but PMs, operators, founders, students, and small business owners use the platform, deploying production software that runs real businesses.

This week, Google Cloud named Replit the 2026 AI Tooling Partner of the Year. Replit explained that this award goes, through Google Cloud, to partners whose customers have achieved results with AI, and that the democratization of software creation has expanded to usage reaching 85% of the Fortune 500.

Michele Catasta, Replit's President and Head of AI, said Google has been a key partner in scaling Replit from first-time creators to enterprise teams. Google, for its part, said Replit has enabled more people to build software and has raised the bar for AI-powered developer tooling.

The company noted that this award follows its announcement last month of raising $400 million at a $9 billion valuation. Its recently unveiled Agent 4 is 10x faster than Agent 3, runs multiple agents in parallel within a project, and handles design and development in the same environment.

Now, a single person can create web apps, mobile apps, slide decks, and launch assets all within one Replit project. Replit is available on the Google Cloud Marketplace and connects with Cloud Run, Kubernetes Engine, and BigQuery, enabling enterprises to use an AI-assisted development environment they can trust.
