Banksalad Shares MyData Achievements Through Quarterly Company-wide Review Event 'Pit Stop'

Banksalad held its Pit Stop event, where all company members gather at the end of each quarter to review service performance. This event focused on celebrating the launch of the MyData service and sharing strategies for future innovation.

The event consisted of three main sessions. In the first session, Stop & Check up, participants monitored company-wide metrics and detailed metrics for each feature, soberly diagnosing the current status. In the second session, Ready, Get Set Go!, plans for the next quarter were established based on the trial-and-error and Lessons Learned from the MyData launch process.

In the final session, Be One Team, a colleague appreciation event was held with about 200 stories submitted. Various episodes were shared, including promises of continued tenure and expressing gratitude to multiple colleagues, strengthening the organizational culture. The following Lucky Draw capped off the event with prizes given out through a live drawing.
