Banksalad Supports Work-Life Balance Through Flexible Work System and Various Leave Programs

Banksalad operates a flexible work system and various leave programs for employees' work efficiency and recharging. As long as core time (11AM~4PM) is observed, employees can freely adjust their commuting hours, and the company provides 1 Refresh Day per half-year, 3 days of summer vacation, and 10 days of sabbatical leave every 3 years of tenure.

Upon completion of the 3-month welcome period after joining, employees also receive 1 day of paid celebratory leave. Within the office, there are massage chairs, Energy Bowl, a space with unlimited snacks, Relax Bowl, a rest area, and Food Bowl, the in-house cafeteria, making it easy to take a break even during work.
