Claude Dispatch and the Power of Interfaces

AI performance is already very high, but the chatbot interface used by the majority of users is instead causing 'cognitive load' that lowers work efficiency. Chatbots overwhelm users with massive amounts of text and disorganized conversation structures, and this problem is especially pronounced for less experienced workers, who struggle to properly leverage AI assistance.

To address this, specialized interfaces optimized for specific jobs are emerging as an alternative. The field with the most mature solutions right now is programming, represented by tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. However, these tools still have developer-centric interfaces, creating a barrier to entry for general knowledge workers.

Google is showcasing experimental interfaces for various professions:
