Multiple GitHub Service Outages

GitHub experienced degraded availability and service unavailability across multiple services, including Webhooks, Actions, and Copilot.

Initially, the team investigated degradation in Copilot and Webhooks, but the impact scope later expanded, leading to outages across multiple services. Actions separately experienced performance degradation, and mitigation work proceeded after the root issue was identified.

After mitigation, stability monitoring and verification work continued for the remaining services, and Webhooks was also restored to normal operation.

This incident was ultimately marked as resolved, and a detailed root cause analysis will be published once it is ready.
