Claude Code 2.1.120 Update

In Claude Code v2.1.120, several items in the system prompt and tool descriptions were updated.

• Harness instructions were added, organizing guidelines for terminal markdown output, permission handling, <system-reminder>, compaction, tool use, and clickable code references.
• Memory instructions were newly added, covering the frontmatter format for file-based memory, memory types, handling of duplicate or outdated memories, and reference validation rules.
• A BrowserBatch tool description was added, allowing multiple browser actions to run sequentially in a single round trip, stopping immediately if an error occurs.
• Write now requires reading an existing file first before overwriting it, and recommends using Edit for modifications.
• Dream memory consolidation changed the recent log lookup path to the structure logs/YYYY/MM/DD/<id>-<title>.md.
• The Security monitor and /security-review guidelines were also revised, adjusting the deny rule insertion point and the template variable for the allowed tools list.
• The Managed Agents documentation's creation task limit was raised from 60 RPM → 300 RPM.
• The current month variable in WebSearch was also changed to ${CURRENT_MONTH_YEAR}.
