Subquadratic Claims to Have Solved LLM Bottleneck

Miami-based AI startup Subquadratic emerged from stealth mode last month, announcing that it had solved a mathematical bottleneck that has hindered the advancement of large language models (LLMs) for the past decade.

Initially, there was much skepticism due to a lack of specific details, but the company has recently begun to prove its technical substance by sharing independent evaluation results. According to the evaluation, Subquadratic's technology appears to have the potential to overcome the limitations of existing LLMs.
