Student Plan, GPT-5.3-Codex Excluded

GitHub has removed GPT-5.3-Codex from the model picker in the GitHub Copilot Student plan.

• The model can still be used via auto model selection.
• GitHub explained that this automatically assigns the most suitable model per request, reducing setting switches and improving coding efficiency.
• This measure is an extension of the temporary reliability and performance measures applied across Copilot Individual, and is also connected to preparations for the upcoming transition to usage-based billing.
