Plannotator releases local plan annotation tool

Plannotator has launched as a local tool that runs entirely in the browser.

You can select the parts you want in documents, URLs, folders, markdown, books, recipes, plan files, and more, and leave feedback by

• marking for deletion
• adding comments
• suggesting alternatives

and share it with team members to get collaborative reviews.

Feedback is passed directly to the integrated agent and Claude Code's plan mode. It provides skill/CLI flows such as /plannotator-annotate and /plannotator-last, and is free and open-source, running without any network requests so your plans never leave your device.
