Claude Introduces Multi-Agent 'Teams' Mode

Teams mode, an experimental feature available on Claude Max and Enterprise plans, provides a multi-agent collaboration environment that goes beyond the single-agent model.

The key mechanisms are as follows:

• Independent Context Management: Each team member has its own individual context window, separate from the main session. This prevents interference caused by overlapping contexts between agents.
• Lead Agent System: The user's session acts as the team leader, managing task assignment, progress monitoring, and integration of the final output.
• Autonomous Inter-Agent Communication: Agents can interact directly, such as passing information to each other or reporting to the leader when a task is blocked.
• Adversarial Review: By assigning a specific agent the role of verifying outputs, logical errors can be caught in advance, improving output quality.
