Thoth: AI Companion Buddy Added

Thoth v3.21.0 introduces a dedicated subsystem for Buddy Companion, a local animated presence. Buddy detects and reacts in real time to Thoth's internal events, including chat streaming, thought processes, tool calls, and workflows.

Key updates include the following:

• Buddy system built: Includes a thread-safe event bus, a deterministic behavior brain, persistent settings, and pack validation. Supports both an in-app form within the sidebar and a desktop overlay form.
• UI and motion improvements: Various motion packs (glyph, lumen, ember, etc.) have been added, and transitions between states (idle, thinking, working, success, error, etc.) are now smoother.
• Feature and stability enhancements: Model selection functionality and Vision processing capability have been improved, and app startup stability on Linux and Windows environments has been enhanced.
