OpenAI Announces Frontier Alliance Partners

The key to AI adoption within enterprises lies not in the intelligence of the model, but in how AI agents are built and operated within an organization. OpenAI provides the technical foundation through Frontier, a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI coworkers.

However, for AI to deliver real impact, leadership alignment, workflow redesign, system integration, and change management are essential. To this end, OpenAI has announced the Frontier Alliance together with global consulting firms and signed multi-year partnerships.

Each partner will play the following roles based on their expertise.

• McKinsey and BCG: Strategy development, operating model redesign, and support for change management and organizational adoption of AI.
• Accenture and Capgemini: System and data integration, building end-to-end AI solutions, and stable deployment.

Through this collaboration, the partners will combine OpenAI's research and product expertise with their own experience in business transformation to help enterprise customers successfully scale AI agents company-wide.
