Vercel logs CLI command optimized for agent workflows with historical log query features

Vercel's vercel logs command has been redesigned with more powerful query capabilities in consideration of agent workflows.

You can now filter historical logs by project, deploymentID, requestID, and arbitrary strings, allowing you to pinpoint exactly the information you need.

The updated command uses git context by default. When run inside a project directory, it automatically recognizes the current repository, making it easy to debug issues that arise during development without having to manually specify project information.

This improvement enables precise log control across Vercel projects, from debugging production issues to building automated monitoring workflows.
