Go backend support with no configuration

Vercel now supports deploying Go API backends with zero-configuration. Go servers are now recognized as first-class backends, and the necessary resources and configuration are automatically applied without a separate vercel.json setup or the /api folder convention.

Deployed backends use Fluid compute and Active CPU pricing by default. They automatically scale according to traffic, and users only pay for active CPU time, not idle capacity.
