Activity Log Added to Vercel CLI

Vercel Activity Log can now be viewed in the Vercel CLI as well. You can check all activity that occurred within a team by user, event type, and time, accessed via the vercel activity command.

Query conditions have also been refined. You can filter by event type, date range, and project, and you can also view events for the entire team at once.
