LY Corporation held its Tech-Verse 2025 conference from June 30 to July 1, 2025. The event featured 131 sessions centered on AI, sharing technical achievements and future strategies following the corporate integration.

The company operates its own proprietary cloud for service infrastructure integration. This delivers the following benefits:

• Increased efficiency through elimination of redundant infrastructure
• Enhanced security and accelerated innovation

The core of the AI strategy is turning all services into AI agents. Currently, Generative AI has already been applied to about 44 services, and the goal going forward is to implement tens of millions of personal agents that support the individual needs of each user.

The company is also using RAG to transform its development environment. PoC results demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach, with Code Assist achieving 96% accuracy and Auto Test achieving a 97% time reduction. Through this, the company plans to build an environment where engineers can focus more on improving services.

Finally, a global CTO session emphasized global synergy by sharing examples of collaboration and service localization among the corporation's entities across countries, including LINE Plus, LINE Taiwan, and LINE Thailand.
