Summary of Products Launched During Agents Week

Cloudflare unveiled runtimes, infrastructure, development tools, and operational features for building an agent-based internet through Agents Week. The company explained that as agents become more autonomous and powerful, identity, communication, orchestration, memory, observability, and security become just as important as the models themselves.

On the first day, foundational technologies for running intelligent autonomous applications were introduced.

• The @cloudflare/computer runtime for selecting execution environments suitable for agents
• Workers RPC, which supports communication between Python and JavaScript Workers
• Model optimizations for more efficient serving of Kimi and GLM
• Billable Usage API for tracking usage and costs
• Inbound TCP and gRPC support for Workers and Containers

On the second day, the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and related primitives were unveiled to help transition agents from prototypes to production environments. Cloudflare Agents supports real-time visibility into execution processes, along with tracing, replay, and human-in-the-loop approvals.

Additionally, Cloudflare announced tracing capabilities for debugging Workers in local environments, Cloudflare Wallets for supporting agent transactions, programmable CI/CD defined as code, and automatic failure recovery features. Cloudflare also shared a case study on how applying AI-based standards compliance and automatic issue classification to its own development process improved productivity in its software factory.
