Anthropic, Opus 4.7 + AI Design Tool Launch Imminent… Adobe, Wix Stocks React Immediately

Anthropic is reportedly preparing an AI design tool for creating websites and presentations alongside its next-generation model, Claude Opus 4.7.

According to insiders, the release could come as early as this week. The new tool focuses on producing the following outputs from natural language prompts alone.

• Landing pages
• Presentations
• Product prototypes

The tool is described as being designed for both developers and non-developers.

The market reacted immediately. Following the news, Adobe, Wix, and Figma stocks fell more than 2%, interpreted as reflecting concerns that AI could directly encroach on the design tool space.

Those potentially affected also include presentation-generation SaaS like Gamma and AI design tools like Google Stitch. Existing template-based creation tools are likely to face stronger competition from prompt-based generation methods.

On the model side, Opus 4.7 is mentioned as the next-generation flagship, but Anthropic's internal top-tier model is introduced as Claude Mythos. Mythos is said to focus on advanced cybersecurity capabilities and software vulnerability detection, and is reportedly being tested with select partners.

Anthropic declined to officially comment on these products. Still, while things appear to be in a pre-release stage, the signals of an imminent launch are strong.
