NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Ranked No. 1 on Glassdoor's 2026 Best CEOs List

NVIDIA Founder and CEO Jensen Huang took the top spot on Glassdoor's 2026 Best CEOs list. This result reflects a 99% positive rating from employees regarding his performance.

Glassdoor stated that exceptional leadership is increasingly important amid AI and a changing work environment, noting that top CEOs go beyond day-to-day management to empower employees and foster authentic organizational cultures.

Glassdoor relaunched its Best CEOs list for the first time in five years. Replacing the previous "Best Places to Work for Leadership" list, the new ranking focuses on the impact of CEO and executive leadership on employee experience and corporate reputation. NVIDIA also ranked No. 1 on that corporate list in 2025.

NVIDIA also secured the No. 1 spot on Glassdoor's Best Workplaces in Tech & AI list, released in January. Of the 50 Best CEOs for 2026, 28 were also included in Glassdoor's 2026 Best Workplaces list.

The companies ranked 2nd through 5th this year are as follows:

Glassdoor selects CEOs who have earned high employee support and trust by analyzing employee ratings and anonymous reviews. The winners were recognized as leaders who guided their organizations with empathy, clarity, and a sense of purpose amid growing uncertainty in the job market.

Technology companies were the most represented industry in the overall rankings, with 9 tech company CEOs, including NVIDIA, making the top 50. Employees rate CEO and senior executive performance, organizational culture, and work experience in company reviews.

NVIDIA employees positively evaluated Jensen Huang's vision and authenticity, a culture that encourages collaboration, opportunities to work with the latest AI technologies, and employee-centric leadership. This ranking is based on company reviews left by US employees between May 16, 2025, and May 15, 2026.
