LangSmith BYOC Now Generally Available on AWS

LangSmith BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) is now generally available on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Enterprises can run LangSmith as a managed service within their own AWS accounts and VPCs, with sensitive data—including traces, datasets, experiments, prompts, agent deployment information, and sandbox data—stored in the customer's environment.

LangChain handles deployment monitoring, upgrades, scaling, and cluster lifecycle management on behalf of customers. This allows enterprises to leverage LangSmith's observability, evaluation, deployment, and management capabilities while reducing the operational burden of infrastructure such as Kubernetes, databases, networking, and backups.

BYOC is suitable for financial, healthcare, cybersecurity, and large enterprises that require data residency and network isolation in their own environments but want to avoid the operational overhead of self-hosting. The service is available to Enterprise customers in 15 AWS regions across the US, Europe, and APAC.

BYOC deployments consist of two planes. The control plane in the LangChain cloud handles authentication, user management, organization and workspace configuration, billing and usage metadata, and the LangSmith frontend, while provisioning and monitoring the customer's data plane.
