Introducing Grok Business and Grok Enterprise

Grok Business and Grok Enterprise have been officially released for companies. The key point is that data is never used for training, while high rate limits and team-wide sharing features are provided on a single platform.

Small and medium-sized teams can start right away with the self-serve Grok Business, and larger organizations can scale up to Grok Enterprise, which includes Custom SSO and Directory Sync (SCIM).

Grok brings company knowledge into use through Apps and Projects. In particular, the Google Drive integration emphasizes the following:

• Permission-awareness: Files that a user doesn't have access to in Drive are also not visible in Grok
• Citations: Every answer comes with citations and highlights linking back to the source documents
• Projects: Large document repositories can be analyzed through agentic search based on the Collections API

On the administration side, the xAI console handles user invitations, access control, usage monitoring, and billing management all in one place. For large-scale customers, enterprise features including Advanced audit and security controls are also provided.

Enterprise Vault, the top security tier, presents an even stronger isolation model. Data is not only encrypted in transit and at rest, but is also encrypted with customer-managed keys (CMEK), and is separated from other customers through a dedicated data plane and application-level encryption.
