As the adoption of AI tools spreads, IT and management teams face the challenge of handling rapidly increasing administrative tasks such as permission requests, access reviews, and policy decisions. • Admin API: Allows programmatic management by bringing usage, workspace, member, and project data into existing tools.
• Workspace Settings: Sets policy baselines across the organization while allowing exceptions for specific teams or delegating authority to workspace managers.
• Compliance API: Enables retrieval of the full content of user messages for audit and compliance purposes (scheduled for release at the end of August).

These updates allow administrators to maintain security policies while ensuring flexibility for each team and efficiently managing accounts in large-scale environments.
