Google Expands Antigravity for Enterprise Customers

Google announced that it is expanding enterprise customer access to Antigravity, which was announced at I/O in May. This move addresses the needs of developers for coding agent access, governance teams for security controls, and finance teams for cost management.

Antigravity is now included as part of the Gemini Enterprise app subscription, with management and spending controls included by default. Additionally, extensions have been added to make it available in various IDEs, including VS Code, enhancing flexibility in development environments.

Key features include:

• Integrated Subscription Management: Antigravity and Android Studio can be used together under a Gemini Enterprise subscription without requiring separate additional licenses.
• Granular Spending Limits: Provides the ability to set monthly project budget caps and controls by user/team.
• Pooled Quotas: Shares a token pool within the organization to prevent idle quotas and flexibly allocate resources to high-demand teams.
• Overage Allowance: Configurable to allow usage beyond pooled quotas within monthly spending limits, ensuring continuity in development workflows.
