As agentic coding technology advances, managing the entire loop of deployment, verification, learning, and improvement—beyond simply writing code—has emerged as a key challenge.

FLYWHEEL.md is a loop management framework that helps agents continuously deploy software. It sets up 'Gates' that require human intervention during the agent's task execution, harmoniously managing automation and human control.

The three core components for operating an agent are as follows:

• AGENTS.md: Defines the tasks to be performed
• SOUL.md: Defines the agent's identity and role
• FLYWHEEL.md: Defines the deployment method and completion criteria

This approach is designed so that the entire agent pipeline can be reviewed, managed, and updated through a single markdown file, and it is provided under the MIT License.
