The project will utilize NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 rack-scale systems and liquid cooling infrastructure for high-density AI workloads. On the same day, Core Scientific (CORZ), a data center operator focused on AI colocation services, secured a new revolving credit facility from a syndicate including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs.

Volato Diversifies from Aviation to AI Power Campus

Volato Group (SOAR), a private jet ownership company, established a subsidiary called 'Alignment Engine' and began developing AI compute infrastructure at an industrial campus in Ohio. The campus currently has 154MW of power secured, with a total capacity of 480MW. Volato plans to expand capital allocation from its existing aviation business to AI infrastructure, supporting energy-efficient AI workloads.

CIBC Unveils First Agentic AI Workspace in Canadian Banking

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC, CM) announced in its Q3 2026 filing that it has piloted 'CAI 2.0', an enterprise-wide agentic AI workspace, marking the first such initiative in the Canadian banking sector. This tool enables employees to utilize AI agents in their work, setting a new standard for AI adoption within financial institutions.
