AI21 Labs' Jurassic Models Now Fully Available on Amazon Bedrock

AI21 Labs has fully expanded the availability of its Jurassic models on Amazon Bedrock. Bedrock is a managed service that lets AWS customers use various foundation models in a secure, privacy-focused environment.

With this expansion, enterprises can use the Jurassic-2 Ultra and Mid models without leaving the AWS environment. Companies can choose a model based on size and performance to handle tasks such as summarization, document and email writing, question answering, and knowledge base-based tasks, and the models support English as well as Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Dutch.

AI21 Labs explained that adoption of Jurassic is growing across industries including finance, retail, customer support, and knowledge management. The company emphasized that through its collaboration with Bedrock, enterprises can quickly adopt generative AI capabilities without the burden of managing infrastructure, and can adjust cost and performance according to task complexity.
