Key benefits include reducing the license cost from $15 per user per month to $0, with usage costs discounted by 50%. There are no minimum commitment requirements, and the primary tool provided is GPT-6 Astra. ChatGPT Enterprise ensures security by not using business data for model training.

In terms of cyber defense, all verified government agencies are approved for Daybreak Blue, receiving training and onboarding support at a 50% discount off standard pricing. Daybreak Red is accessible at standard pricing for vulnerability research and red teaming. This follows the $1 billion global cyber defense commitment announced last week.

Measured use cases over the past year include:
