Vercel Introduces Connector Permission Restrictions for Connect

Vercel has introduced a feature restricting the creation and management permissions of Vercel Connect connectors for Pro and Enterprise teams. This feature allows teams to more strictly control the credentials used for accessing external services.

Enabling this restriction in the Connector Permissions section of team settings ensures that only users with the Owner role or the Connector Manager extended permission can create or manage connectors. This strengthens security governance within organizations and prevents unnecessary privilege abuse.
