Anthropic Sets Sights on $1 Trillion IPO Valuation

According to a Bloomberg report, Anthropic is internally targeting an IPO valuation of $1 trillion (approximately 1,300 trillion KRW). This marks a fourfold surge in just three months compared to the $250 billion valuation at which it raised $3.5 billion in funding this past February.

Anthropic's current financial status is as follows.

• Annual revenue: approximately $5 billion
• Total funding raised: $22 billion (with participation from Google, Amazon, and others)
• Revenue multiple at target valuation: reaching 200x revenue if the $1 trillion valuation is achieved

This is an extremely high figure compared to typical companies, which trade at 5-10x revenue. The actual market price will ultimately be determined through future SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) filings and market assessment, and Anthropic's public listing could bring substantial returns to early investors including Google, Amazon, and Salesforce shareholders.
