OpenAI Full Fan Mode Contest: Terms of Use

OpenAI has released the terms for the Full Fan Mode Contest, running via @chatgptindia on Instagram during the IPL 2026 season. Participants must generate an image using ChatGPT's Full Fan Mode, post it as a public Instagram Story, and tag @chatgptindia.

Eligibility requires being a resident of India aged 18 or older (excluding Jammu & Kashmir), having a public Instagram account, and being registered for OpenAI's services. Entries are judged based on creativity and relevance, and submissions are limited to 1 entry per match window.

Key submission requirements are as follows.

• The Story must be public
• Must tag @chatgptindia
• Must follow @chatgptIndia
• The image must be generated using the Full Fan Mode custom GPT
• Uploaded photos must be of the participant or used with explicit consent; deepfakes or images impersonating others will be disqualified

Winners will be notified via Instagram DM, and failing to respond within 4 hours may result in forfeiting the prize. The prize is 5 IPL match tickets per home game, with winners responsible for incidental costs such as travel, accommodation, food and beverage, and taxes.

OpenAI may use personal information related to submissions to contact winners, fulfill legal obligations, post on Instagram, and provide a list of winners. Participants warrant that they own the rights to their submissions or have secured the necessary rights, and grant OpenAI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the submissions and create derivative works.

Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration under OpenAI's Terms of Use, and class actions are prohibited. OpenAI may cancel, modify, or suspend the contest as needed, and may disqualify participants suspected of fraud or interference.
