The company aims to deepen partnerships with Belgian enterprises by establishing a physical presence in a region known for its multilingual complexity, where over 100 languages are spoken daily in Brussels alone.

Local Leadership and Expansion

To lead this initiative, ElevenLabs appointed Falke Van Onacker as the head of the Belgium office. The company plans to triple the size of its team in Belgium this year, with the majority of new employees based in Brussels. This expansion reflects a strategy to build AI solutions that are culturally relevant and linguistically natural for local markets.

Enterprise Adoption and Use Cases

Belgian organizations are utilizing ElevenLabs' platform for agent deployment, transcription, content creation, and accessibility. Key adopters include:

• Glowi: Uses ElevenAgents for applicant screening and scheduling in Dutch, French, and English.
• Cavell: A medical AI copilot using speech-to-text for customized medical notes, currently rolling out to 8,000 practitioners.
• Corilus: Uses ElevenScribe to transcribe Flemish patient calls with EU deployment and zero-retention compliance.
• Mediafin: Converts up to 10 million characters per month into Dutch and French audio.
• FL Studio: Integrates Eleven Music natively, expecting volumes of 30,000 to 1 million minutes of audio per month.
• The European Union: Dubs high-level diplomatic press conferences in multiple languages.

Additionally, approximately 20 Belgian organizations currently hold active ElevenLabs grants, supporting initiatives in education, the arts, and accessibility.
