Bain & Company joins Claude Partner Network as Global Premier partner

Bain & Company has joined the Claude Partner Network as a Global Premier partner, announcing a global partnership with Anthropic to help enterprises move from AI experiments to measurable business results. The collaboration focuses on AI strategy, technology modernization, and AI-enabled operations, leveraging Bain's internal deployment of Claude as a reference model for client engagements.

Internal Adoption and Tools

Bain rolled out Claude to all 19,000 employees for use in client work and internal operations. Teams utilize Claude.ai, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Claude for Excel, and Claude for Microsoft 365 to build models, conduct research, and pressure-test assumptions. Adoption was rapid: more than 7,000 employees actively used Claude within weeks of access, and over two-thirds of pilot participants adopted Claude for Excel.

The rollout emphasized enablement and governance alongside access, providing onboarding materials, trainings, and webinars. Bain tracks user experience through ongoing surveys, citing this structured approach as key to advising clients on their own deployments.

Client Impact and Results

Clients gain access to Claude models combined with Bain's cross-industry expertise in business transformation. Bain's digital teams include more than 1,500 AI, data, analytics, architecture, and engineering experts. In engagements involving complex legacy codebases lacking architectural context, Bain has helped clients achieve productivity gains of 30% to 50%.
