Operations Management Feature Update

Member management, user statistics, and session management have been added to the settings screen. Administrators can switch member roles between User and Admin, and suspend or reactivate accounts as needed.

The operations menu has been separated into Personal, Members / Traffic, Content Operations, System, and Documentation groups. When deploying a new server with Docker Compose, the default admin account admin@localhost is automatically prepared. Operations documentation will continue to be updated on GitHub Pages and in the guides.
