flyingmouse-format: Offline File Converter with Built-in FFmpeg & LibreOffice

This is a Windows/macOS desktop application that runs locally without an internet connection by bundling heavy conversion engines such as FFmpeg, LibreOffice, Poppler, and Tesseract. It supports mutual conversion of various formats including images, documents, audio, video, PDFs, and e-books, allowing you to process sensitive files without cloud uploads.

PDF processing capabilities are particularly deep. In addition to supporting OCR for scanned documents, it uses the pdf2docx engine to restore paragraphs, tables, fonts, and layouts when converting electronic documents to Word. For Excel conversion, it provides smart extraction features that recognize multiple tables, merged cells, and page continuity. Fine-grained editing tasks such as PDF splitting, AES-256 encryption/decryption, and PDF merging after adjusting image order are also possible.

It supports a complete CLI for integration with developers and AI agents. Skills can be installed with one click into existing agent environments like Codex and Claude to integrate into automated workflows. Professional features such as conversion of special formats like camera RAW files, HEIC, and ICO, and selection of H.264/H.265/AV1 video encoding are also included. However, DRM-protected files from music platforms are not supported.
