omarchy: Linux designed by DHH, productive immediately after installation

Omarchy is a beautiful, modern Linux distribution designed by DHH. It minimizes the complex configuration processes of traditional Linux and is configured to provide a familiar experience for users migrating from Mac or Windows. With default settings already optimized, you can start productive work immediately after installation.

It includes various system utilities such as a top bar, themes, hotkeys, integrated clipboard and history, notifications, text extraction and dictation, and screenshot and recording features. It supports a wide application ecosystem including terminals, Neovim, AI tools, development tools, shell functions, TUI and GUI apps, browsers, games, PDF creation, and Windows VMs.

It provides an environment specialized for developer workflows, not just a simple OS. It systematically manages detailed settings such as dotfiles, shell plugins, monitor, keyboard and mouse settings, network, system sleep, hardware authentication, fonts, backgrounds, prompts, and branding. It also supports creating custom themes to build a personalized environment.
