On the third day of if(kakao)25, Krew Day, the main program for Kakao community crews was the Demo Station. The event, composed of a total of 4 zones and 33 booths, saw participation from 11 communities including Kakao, sharing their respective technologies and services.

Infrastructure and AI Operations Technology

Zone A covered Kakao's technology engines, introducing the DB traffic real-time replication system MRTEv3, which replicates actual service traffic to extract queries, and high-availability Redis operation cases. Also drawing attention were clean platform technology combining harmful image classification with guardrail AI, and Agent Builder, which allows users to create AI agents without programming knowledge.

Everyday Services and Mobility

Zone B exhibited technologies closely related to daily life, such as mobility, payments, and gaming. Kakao Mobility unveiled an HD MAP automation pipeline utilizing spatial recognition AI and the 'Quick AI Address Autocomplete' feature, which reduced average reception time by 24%. Kakao Pay introduced the MCP-based Agent Toolkit, which connects AI agents with payment Open APIs, attempting to combine finance and AI.

Work Efficiency and Creative Support

Zone C focused on improving work productivity and creative tools. Kakao Enterprise showcased technology where LLMs analyze Prometheus metrics to generate incident reports, and the frontend mocking tool Mogu. Kakao Entertainment revealed the Helix Shorts AI Agent, which analyzes webtoon images to automatically produce short-form content, while Kakao Healthcare unveiled PASTA AI, which predicts body shape changes from a single photo.

Fintech Innovation

Zone D featured KakaoBank releasing development tools specialized for financial environments and experimental services. These included DOMS, which improves asset management efficiency with a 3D interface, the natural language-based scenario testing tool Cucumber, and the LLM-based code review system Kori. The hackathon-winning AI casual game 'Molppang' was also exhibited, offering a glimpse into the internal development culture.
