Kakao has revealed five key features of its 2022 summer recruitment-linked internship. This internship operates by allowing participants to explore company and role fit through two months of on-the-job experience, followed by a conversion interview to join as a full-time Crew member.

Detailed Role Segmentation and Real-World Task Execution

The internship recruitment roles have been segmented into a total of 11 positions, including Server, iOS, Android, and Front-End, enabling applicants to gain specific role experience. Interns will perform tasks solving real business problems predefined by the organization, thereby learning development processes and collaboration methods.

Close Mentoring from Senior Crew

Beyond simple technical knowledge transfer, close mentoring from senior Crew members is provided to help develop the mindset and habits of a developer. During the internship, interns will experience actual development workflows such as code reviews, Scrum, and JIRA usage, receiving support as growth partners.

Role Briefing Session Schedule
