People Building a Data-Driven Culture: Devsisters Data Platform Cell

Devsisters aims for a Data-Driven culture to accurately understand customers and make the best decisions. To this end, the Data Platform Cell handles the entire engineering process—from collection, processing, and analysis to provisioning—so that data can flow 'properly' within the organization.

Its main work is developing a logging platform and an analytics platform that let members easily utilize data. It also provides an A/B testing platform that supports optimal decision-making, along with automated metrics analysis services, to foster a data-driven work environment.

Key technologies and project achievements are as follows:

• Tech stack: Kafka, Elasticsearch, Terraform, Spark, Kubernetes, Airflow, Amazon S3, Python, Scala, Go, etc.
• Key projects: The A/B testing platform supported balancing decisions for 'Cookie Run: Puzzle World,' and the team built a Spark library that even non-developers can easily use.

Recently, the team has focused on R&D for a data platform based on Kubernetes and the cloud, continuing research to provide scalable and stable data infrastructure.
