Jordy Meeting Bot, developed by 5 developers from Kakao Pay's Offline Payment Unit through an in-house Slack bot contest, supports a productive meeting culture for crew members.

A key feature is 'Jorugi', which makes it easy to call out latecomers. It reduces the previously cumbersome 4-step process to a single click, and is designed so that latecomers can share their status through reactions such as 'On my way' or 'Can't make it'.

It also improves meeting culture by providing guidance when a meeting organizer omits detailed descriptions or fails to check attendance. Another feature is its integration with Google Calendar, which provides customized notifications such as morning schedule briefings and meeting room location maps.

Jordy Meeting Bot secured users across up to 80% of the company's crew through the following phased strategy:

• Conducted a team-level alpha test and a beta test targeting the Payment Clan
• Drove company-wide virality through a full company release and a Can Meeting presentation
• Encouraged natural onboarding of new users by sending Jorugi messages to non-members
