Lesson Insights, introduced by Preply, runs on the OpenAI API and analyzes the recorded conversation after a 1:1 lesson ends to generate a personalized report. This report includes the following key information:

• Grammar corrections and explanations
• Highlighted key vocabulary and translations
• Pronunciation feedback
• Suggestions for next steps in learning

The generated insights are linked to Preply's self-study practice exercise engine, instantly turning lesson content into personalized homework. This allows learners to visually track their progress and stay motivated to continue learning.

Internally, Preply has also adopted ChatGPT Enterprise to encourage company-wide AI adoption. More than 600 employees worldwide, including in New York and London, are using AI in their work, significantly improving operational efficiency through automated customer service workflows and connected internal systems.
