TCS and Anthropic Sign Partnership to Bring Claude to Regulated Industries

TCS, one of the world's largest technology services companies, has signed a partnership with Anthropic to bring Claude to Regulated Industries such as finance, healthcare, and the public sector, where high accuracy and auditability are required.

TCS will first roll out Claude to 50,000 of its own employees across engineering, finance, legal, and other functions, acting as a "Customer Zero." Drawing on the experience gained through this internal deployment, TCS plans to design and operate customized Claude-based products for its clients.

Key areas of collaboration include:

• Diligenta: Improving customer experience for over 22 million policyholders
• Financial Services: Boosting software engineering and IT operations productivity using Claude Code
• Engineering teams: Developing reusable skills and plugins specialized for claims assessment and loan advisory, among others
• TCS iON: Providing training and certification programs related to Claude

Through this collaboration, TCS plans to help its clients rapidly put AI into practice even in environments where reliability and regulatory compliance are essential.
