Chinese Companies Require Employees to Document AI Replacement

In China, some companies are having employees document their workflows in detail to use for training AI agents.

As agent software like OpenClaw spreads rapidly, government agencies and state-owned enterprises have warned against installing it, citing security risks and the risk of data leaks and accidental deletion.

The GitHub project Colleague Skill, which originally started as a joke, automatically generates work manuals based on colleagues' chat records and profiles, and has spread on Chinese social media. Some workers are even creating tools to neutralize it.
